Limited Lifetime Warranty Accutek Microcircuit Corporation warrants all products against any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is void and does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse or misapplication or if the product has been modified or altered. Should you discover a defect, Accutek will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product provided it is returned by you at your expense in the original packaging together with a copy of the dated invoice. Accutek is not responsible for any damages to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated in recovery. This product is not to be used in any medical equipment without prior authorization from Accutek.

Module Test & Repair Policy Accutek Microcircuit Corporation warrants all modules manufactured or assembled on Accutek circuit boards in our own facility, according to our standard warranty policy. Under this policy, we reserve the right to repair or replace modules or invalidate any return, as determined by the circumstances of any particular situation. Generally, there is no charge to the customer for the examination of returned modules or the repair/replacement of validated returns. Occasionally, customers request Accutek to examine or test modules assembled or manufactured by another manufacturer. Accutek is pleased to offer such services to its customers, but is unable to do so without charge. We will gladly quote any such charges on a case-by-case basis, with a minimum charge of $50.00/Hour (minimum = 1 Hour) applying in any case. Testing will be performed on an attributes (go ­ no go) basis only. Modules tested will be sorted into "pass" or "fail" categories. Visual defects will be identified on failed modules. A typed report of test results can be provided for a charge of $50.00. Any such testing of non-Accutek parts will be performed without prior customer approval, and will be scheduled on a non-priority basis, consistent with Accuteks regularly scheduled production and test commitments. Non-Accutek modules will not be repaired, but will be returned intact to the customer.
