Leadless Leadframe Package (LLP)
DESCRIPTION - Designed to solder surface mount LLP, DFN, QFN, MLP and CLCC devices into standard Dual In-Line thru-hole PC boards
- Pin compatible drop-in replacement for end-of-life LLP, DFN, QFN, MLP and CLCC Devices
FEATURES - Features 8, 10, 14, 16, 22, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 56, 64, and 72 pins
- Accommodates square and rectangular CSP's with .5mm, .65mm and .8mm lead pitch
- Stamped flat DIP Leads
- 0.018" diameter machined pins with integral standoffs
- Pin plating options are tin, solder or gold
SPECIAL CONFIGURATIONS - Electronic and Mechanical CAD system to design any custom configuration
- Conversion of surface mount component to a DIP thru-hole package
