Accutek now offers custom engineered Pin Grid Array Adapter Modules for reconfiguring obsolete chip packages to meet existing board designs.
Accutek Custom Pin Grid Array Adapter Modules are produced to customer specifications and eliminate the need for redesigning circuit boards. Applications include SRAM arrays, high pin count ASICS, microcontrollers, DRAMs, Flash and obsolete DIP and ZIP logic components.
Available with machined or flat contact pins. All modules are designed in-house using PCB CAD workstations. Final assembly and 100% testing are also performed in-house. A variety of pin lengths with varying diameters as well as custom sizes and spacing can be specified with different materials and finishes.
