Accutek Microcircuit Corporation warrants all products against any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty is void and does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse or misapplication or if the product has been modified or altered.

Should you discover a defect, Accutek will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product provided it is returned by you - at your expense - in the original packaging, together with a copy of the dated invoice.

Accutek is not responsible for any damages to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated in recovery.

This product is not to be used in any medical equipment without prior authorization from Accutek.
